mexican places always have really good salsa, so try just getting a TON of salsa or
quesidillas are pretty low cal if you only eat between two and four slices, but if there's meat in them they are high cal.
otherwise see if you can order any fresh fruit or veggie plates to eat alongside some salsa. Or if you want to order a fancy fruity drink that'll take up a few hundo cals but at least you'll be looking like you're extravagent.

SO.
12 chips 100 cals (approx depending on kind)
As much salsa as you want will be under 100 cals (seriously, eat a boat load of salsa without sour cream or cheese or anything and it's like no cal since it's all spicy and veggies)
A fancy fruit drink will be between 100-200
And a few slices of a cheese quesidilla will be between 80-250 cals depending on portioning (one tortilla is 120 cals, then plus the cheese)

Good luck! Dont worry about going over, it will not kill you, but it's definitely smart to learn how to eat when going out.
Also, eating spicy things makes you digest faster because it irritates your body so spicy salsa will make up for any extra cals anyway.

and i don’t eat meat so I won’t be eating anything like that in my quesadilla :)

HEY GUYS uhm emergency help :/

so i’m going to my friend’s house tonight, tomorrow, and wednesday night. she lives like 2 hours away and is going off to college so we’re chillin today and tomorrow then going to warped tour on wednesday

tonight we’re going out for mexican

:/ what should I do? i can’t just not eat :| and i can’t say I just ate because the drive is long and obviously ate before that

i’m on the skinnygirl diet and today i have 400 calories

i’m about to just not eat all day then eat tonight? :/

idk what to do

i can’t just sit there and not eat because everyone in my fam/friends already suspects me of not eating :|

its an american music tour, goes all around the country and its an all day music festival with like 100+ bands and other music stuff :)

and yeah idk :/ like I’m going two hours away to her house so I can’t just like chill at home or whatever. Maybe i’ll go and just not eat a ton?

I need everyones input!

My daddy wants me to text him a grocery list for myself… what should I get?

I know I need greek yogurt and green tea… IDK what kind of green tea though. we don’t have whole foods here so i need simple stuff that i can just get at kroger (i dunno if anyone has that but its a basic grocery store haha).

so far i have

-green tea

-bananas

-strawberries

-greek yogurt

what else? small stuff I can eat, I’m on the skinnygirl diet :)
